the room was spacious, and the staff were helpful and attentive. the breakfast was a mix of Western and Japanese food, and the hot bath was relaxing after a long day of activities. the location was perfect for exploring the Alpine Route, and the view of the snow-covered mountains was breathtaking.
The hotel's bar had limited hours and did not offer many options for entertainment in the evening.

Spent thanksgiving weekend at a hotel nestled among the mountains, enjoying the spectacular scenery. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and we were even allowed an early check-in. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes. the best part was dining with a view of the breathtaking sea of clouds. Plus, the hotel provided free boots and walking sticks for our hiking excursion.
The water in the faucet was inconsistent, sometimes too hot and other times too cold. Otherwise, a great experience overall.
